Two ways from Durg railway station
- Take an auto from the station straight to Dhamma Ketu (about ₹300–350).
- Take an auto to the bus stand, board a bus going to Rajnandgaon and get off at Anjora. From Anjora take an auto to Thanod (Dhamma Ketu).
Course timings
Please reach the centre by 2:00 PM on the first day.
On the closing day the course ends at 6:30 AM.
What to bring
- A watch (mobile phones are deposited at the centre)
- Torch
- Water bottle
- Umbrella (in the rainy season)
- Toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, detergent, clothes clips, comb, shampoo, hair oil (if used)
- Regular medicines in enough quantity (please check the expiry date)
- Dupatta / chunni for women (compulsory)
- Loose, simple and modest clothes
Do not bring: perfume, sprays, deodorant; tights, leggings, shorts and three-fourths are not allowed.
